Custom Pool Construction in Miami
Your Backyard. Your Getaway.
Build a pool around your home and the way you want to enjoy it. Aqualogic Pools brings more than 30 years of professional pool industry experience to planning and building custom pools in Miami and Miami-Dade County.
Sometimes the best part of the day happens after you get home.
A swim with the kids, friends staying a little longer after
a weekend barbecue, or a quiet evening in the water with
someone you love. Having your own pool makes room for those
moments without having to plan a day away.
Maybe you’ve pictured it for years. You look out at the
backyard and imagine where the water would be, where you’d
sit, and who would be the first one in. Building a pool
begins with that picture, and with understanding what
would make it feel right for you.
At Aqualogic Pools, we want to hear what you have in mind.
Whether you’re looking forward to a backyard full of
activity or somewhere peaceful to unwind, that conversation
gives us a place to begin.

and $39,000 for the 12 × 24 pool package. The inclusions

your property, project requirements, and selections.
We’ll review the applicable restrictions and your
complete scope before you commit.
Let’s Understand the Space We’re Working With.
Every backyard gives us a different starting point.
Looking at your property early helps us understand
how your pool can fit and what construction may involve.
Access to the backyard.
Gates, side yards, and existing improvements help
determine how equipment and materials can reach
the pool location.
What’s already there.
Patios, trees, utilities, and other features need
to be considered as we plan the layout.
What’s below the surface.
Ground conditions can affect the work involved.
We’ll discuss what needs further evaluation
before moving ahead.
Where Does Soil Testing Fit In?
A geotechnical investigation can provide information
about the ground where your pool is planned.
That information helps the project team evaluate
foundation needs and potential additional work.
We’ll discuss whether a geotechnical evaluation
is appropriate for your project and how its
findings may affect the scope and budget.
The space you see outside is our starting point.
Your property survey and the applicable placement
requirements help us understand the area available
for your pool.
Your Property Survey
Have a survey from your home purchase or a previous
project? Share it with us. We can begin reviewing
the layout and identify whether updated information
is needed.
Setbacks & Other Restrictions
Before settling on a layout, we’ll review the
applicable setbacks and property restrictions.
These help determine where the pool can be
placed and how the design can take shape.
You don’t need to interpret all of this yourself.
Tell us what you have available, and we’ll help
you understand the next step.
Spas, decking, and water features are optional additions
priced separately. We’ll help you understand how your
selections affect the total investment.
Have Something Bigger in Mind?
Your ideas don’t have to fit a standard package.
Let’s explore a custom pool, spa, and water features
designed around your home and the way you want to live.
The finished appearance is one part of the project.
The work below the surface matters just as much.
Take a closer look at both.

From Planning to Completion
What Goes Into Building a Pool?
The sequence depends on the approved plans, site conditions and project scope. These are the main stages we discuss when planning a new pool.
01. Goals, Property & Budget
Review your ideas, location, survey if available, access and anticipated investment before developing the scope.
02. Design & Project Scope
Define the layout, features, finishes and equipment for your new pool construction, with clear inclusions and responsibilities in the proposal.
03. Plans & Approvals
Coordinate the project documents and required approvals before the applicable construction stages proceed.
04. Excavation & Structure
Move through excavation, plumbing, reinforcing steel and shell construction according to the plans and required inspections.
05. Finishes & Equipment
Complete the specified tile, coping, interior finish and equipment installation, coordinating surrounding work within the agreed scope.
06. Start-Up & Handover
Complete the applicable final steps, start-up and equipment orientation so you understand the operation and care of your new pool.
Plan Your Investment
What Determines the Cost of a New Pool?
Size alone does not tell the whole story. Two pools with similar dimensions can involve very different construction scopes.
Pool dimensions, depth, structural design and spa configuration.
Access, excavation conditions and existing site improvements.
Tile, coping, interior finish and surrounding deck scope.
Equipment, heating, automation, lighting and water features.
Project documents, approvals and related work included in the proposal.
Tell us your general location, the type of pool you have in mind and your target budget. We can discuss whether the planned scope and investment are aligned before moving into detailed pricing.
Before You Build
Pool Construction Questions
The schedule depends on the design, approvals, site conditions, inspections, material availability and weather. We discuss an anticipated schedule for the specific scope and distinguish planning time from construction time.
Your property location, a recent survey if available, a few photos of the yard, your main priorities and an approximate budget. If you already have plans, let us know what stage they are in.
We discuss the complete pool construction scope, from planning and structural work to finishes, equipment and start-up. Your written proposal identifies the included work and any related site improvements or services handled separately.
We can discuss both as part of the proposed design. Available space, the pool layout, equipment needs and budget will help determine the configuration.
Inclusions depend on the written proposal. Pool construction and surrounding work should be clearly identified, including any work supplied by other contractors.
Send the plans and tell us their current status. We can review the proposed pool scope and discuss what information is needed to evaluate the project.
